This Privacy Policy explains how Peña Chávez Engineering and Extended Reality LLC ("PCEXR", "we", "us") and its game studio, Sick 455 Fus Game Studios, handle information in connection with our games and apps, and this website (together, the "Services"). It applies to all games published by Sick 455 Fus Game Studios, including ZombieStuff for Meta Quest distributed through the Meta Horizon Store, and to apps published by PCEXR.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal data. Our apps do not ask for, collect, or send to us any of the following: your name, email address, Meta username or user ID, device identifiers, IP address, location, voice or microphone audio, camera or passthrough images, hand, eye or body tracking data, or information about your physical surroundings.

Game progress and settings, if any, are stored locally on your headset and are not sent to us. We do not run our own accounts, servers, analytics or advertising in the Services.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

2. Meta and other third parties

Our apps run on Meta Quest devices and are sold through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta may collect and process information about you and your device when you buy, download or use apps on its platform, for example account, purchase, device and usage information. We do not control and are not responsible for Meta's data practices. This information is handled under Meta's own policies, including the Meta Privacy Policy.

Our apps are built with the Unity game engine. Any information Unity or Meta collects through their software is governed by their own privacy policies, such as the Unity Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal data from these providers.

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like most web hosts, AWS may automatically record technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, in server logs to operate and secure the service. We do not use this information to identify you, and the website does not use cookies or tracking tools.

3. How information is used

Because we do not collect personal data from the Services, we do not use it for any purpose. Email you send us is used only to respond to your request.

4. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising or profiling.

5. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it. Parents can manage their child's Meta account and settings through Meta's parental supervision tools.

6. Your choices and data deletion

Because we do not store personal data from our apps, there is normally nothing for us to delete. You can still:

• Delete local game data by uninstalling the app from your headset.
• Ask us to delete anything we hold, such as emails you've sent us, or confirm that we hold nothing, by emailing support@pcexr.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond within 30 days.
• Manage or delete data held by Meta through your Meta account settings or by contacting Meta.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us to make a request.

7. Security and retention

We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you, and then delete them. We use reasonable measures to protect any information we hold, and this website is served over HTTPS.

8. Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, for example if we add online features, we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect. We keep previous versions of this policy.
